Babies and young children have great difficulty communicating their needs easily. This targeted healing calms and balances their nervous system and resolves emotional issues. It enables a child to deal with issues as they arise, rather than them ‘building up.’ This specialist healing can be extremely helpful in providing unsettled babies and young children with the safe and specific support they need to relax, self sooth, connect, explore, express, and grow. This specialisation gets to the root cause of emotional and disordered eating and body image. It also promote the desire to lose weight healthily. To further assist this there is a focus on multi-layered emotional problems, sweet tooth cravings, and building persistence and success.

 

We use food not only to nourish our bodies, for enjoyment and to socialise and celebrate.  We also use food to stuff down or soothe anger, sadness, rejection, grief, boredom or poor self worth and to gain a negative sense of control over our lives. We have adopted eating as a strategy of avoidance. Food has become a quick fix to ‘comfort.'  But it’s a false sense of comfort that masks a discomfort that we’re trying to avoid.  Sadly what we are trying to avoid is generally what we create more of, as patterns of guilt and more negative feelings towards ourselves arise. This often creates further negative behaviours. Let's release what is deeper and driving the negative behaviours. We target the root cause.
